Job summary

Minnesota IT Services is seeking an Advanced IT Project Manager to oversee projects for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). The role involves project managing IT solutions and services delivered statewide, focusing on planning, scheduling, and execution.

Candidates should have at least four years of experience in IT project management and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This position allows telework eligibility for applicants residing in Minnesota or bordering states with supervisory approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience in managing all project phases, including planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and PM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects using PMBOK standards.
• Manage project scope, risk, change control, and quality across multiple projects.
