Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to deliver internal IT and technology-enabled business projects. You will connect technology teams, business stakeholders, suppliers and implementation partners, turning objectives into practical plans while maintaining delivery focus.

You will report to the Principal Programme Manager and join a small IT Managed Technology Support team.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex internal IT, technology transformation or technology-enabled business change projects.
Ability to work across several workstreams with senior stakeholders and suppliers and balance pace with governance.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex delivery information clear and decision-ready.
Calm, organized and pragmatic approach with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead projects end to end from initiation through delivery, closure and handover.
Build and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, budgets, governance documents and status reports.
Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues and change control; take corrective action as needed.
Run workshops and governance forums; ensure actions and decisions are captured and progressed.
Coordinate delivery across applications, infrastructure, data, security, end-user computing and business operations.
Support due diligence, transition planning, technology migration and readiness for acquisitions or divestments.
Maintain financial control against the Investment Case and budget tracking with Finance.
Plan a sustainable transition into BAU with ownership and handover.
