Job summary

ICF is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and the Children’s Bureau. You will drive planning, coordination, and delivery of APD lifecycle improvements while collaborating with the ACF Tech PMO and state/tribal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with federal work exposure.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives with a focus on APD lifecycle management and State/Tribal engagement.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and build consensus across business and technical teams.
• Define requirements for workflow automation, document management, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Lead UAT, test planning, execution, and defect management; ensure operational readiness and user adoption.
• Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement, including sprint planning and release planning.
