Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners seeks a Program Manager to drive enterprise-scale IT programs in a highly regulated environment, at the intersection of digital transformation and executive strategy. This hybrid role is based in Columbus, OH.

You will lead roadmaps across data, analytics, cloud initiatives, and AI capabilities; manage budgets and cross-functional teams; report to executives and influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT program/project management experience.
  • Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred in regulated, patient-facing environments.
  • Experience with data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • 3+ years in Agile, iterative, hybrid, or Scrum environments.
  • Strong executive communication with roadmap ownership and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned program leader to drive enterprise-scale technology initiatives across a complex, highly regulated environment, working at the intersection of digital transformation and executive strategy, in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple complex, enterprise-scale IT programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Own program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery across data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Guide program teams through Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Partner with technology and business leaders to gather requirements and shape program scope
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority
  • Navigate the unique complexities of technology delivery within regulated, patient-facing, or clinical environments
  • Support the adoption of modern data platforms, cloud initiatives and AI/automation capabilities within program scope
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of IT program/project management experience, including leading multiple complex, enterprise-scale initiatives simultaneously
  • Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred, ideally within regulated, patient-facing, clinical, or similarly complex technology environments
  • Experience with data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, such as enterprise data platforms, cloud modernization, AI/automation, or advanced analytics
  • 3+ years working within Agile, iterative, hybrid, or Scrum-based development environments
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience in roadmap ownership, budget/resource management, and executive reporting
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
