Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine strategic direction of enterprise desktop, server, storage, data center operations in alignment with OhioHealth goals.
• Review and evaluate client requests for projects and production support and coordinate implementation.
• Establish capacity, performance, availability, and recoverability requirements for projects.
• Coordinate and evaluate work of technical staff; plan staffing and budgets.
• Establish infrastructure policies and service offerings.
• Manage change, configuration, and technology adoption to improve maturity.
• Ensure documentation and governance of enterprise infrastructure.
