Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Program Project Delivery Specialist for a remote role. You will coordinate complex project schedules, track deliverables, and maintain dashboards while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project coordination or project management, proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint Online, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in project coordination, program coordination, or project management.
• Strong scheduling and delivery management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint Online.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain CMS T4 Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
• Track deliverables across multiple workstreams and flag risks or delays.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Support planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities for projects.
• Lead meeting coordination, notes, action items, and documentation control.
• Assist with resource planning and workload coordination.
• Monitor progress and escalate blockers or dependencies as needed.
• Update schedules as priorities evolve to reflect changes.
• Maintain visibility across workstreams and communicate impacts to timelines.
