Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of related experience may substitute for education.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Privacy initiatives across HIV/STD programs with significant latitude for initiative.
• Prepare, document, and implement project plans for system upgrades and data initiatives.
• Coordinate IT procurement, capital authority requests, and project work plans.
• Provide guidance on IT resources, HIT/HIE, and privacy compliance to program managers.
