Job summary

Digital Technology Solutions in Livonia, MI seeks an Azure Administrator/Engineer to manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure resources. The role supports IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security, reporting to the Director of IT.

Daily tasks include configuring devices, managing identities, and collaborating with MSPs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT operations experience with strong Microsoft cloud expertise, and willingness to respond to issues outside standard hours.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
MS-102, SC-300, AZ-104, AZ-900, or MD-102 certifications encouraged.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services (5+ years).
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
Experience deploying endpoints through Intune and Autopilot.
Experience with Azure services and MSP/vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support, and troubleshoot IT systems and cloud services for high availability.
Administer cloud and identity platforms including Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID.
Configure and manage end-user devices with Intune, Autopilot, and device policies.
Support Azure resources: VMs, networking, storage, monitor.
Follow IT policies; contribute to disaster recovery plans.
Monitor IT health and performance; address issues proactively.
Support cybersecurity posture including endpoint protection and MFA.
Collaborate with MSPs and vendors; escalate as needed.
Participate in IT projects; share best practices.
