Job summary

Humana is seeking an IT integration leader for M&A activities, reporting to AVP, IT M&A. You will guide IT integration efforts across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and minority investments, collaborating with corporate development, IMO, and IT teams.

The role is remote but requires commuting distance to Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA. Ideal candidates have direct M&A integration experience and a track record delivering end-to-end IT integration programs, budgets, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across IT domains.
3+ years supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale enterprise integration initiatives.
2+ years of project, program, or cross-functional team leadership with executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead IT due diligence activities across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
Develop IT integration plans including Day 1 readiness and execution, milestones, and synergy initiatives.
Ensure IT integration strategies align with transaction objectives and compliance requirements.
Provide concise executive updates, risk assessments, and governance to Humana leadership.
