Qualifications

• 5+ years in an in-house IT management or leadership role using Excel daily.
• Strong, hands-on Excel proficiency with nested formulas, lookups, PivotTables, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• United States–based only.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel tasks.
• Design Excel tasks from professional experience and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear written feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training data accuracy.
