Plug is seeking an IT Manager to own IT end-to-end at our Sawtelle office. You’ll keep people productive and accounts secure from day one to offboarding, while meeting the high security bar expected by our banking and lending partners.

You’ll administer Google Workspace and Rippling, enforce MFA and SSO, manage endpoints and devices, write and maintain IT SOPs, and oversee vendors and SaaS. The role reports to the VP of Finance in a small, fast-growing fintech setting based in Los Angeles.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Led IT as the primary person responsible for a company’s IT.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration (users, groups, provisioning).
• Implemented or managed MFA and SSO.
• Knowledge of endpoint management and access control.
• Supported macOS and Windows devices.
• Authored and maintained IT processes or SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support across the company.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding with HR, set up devices and access.
• Administer Google Workspace and Rippling user accounts and provisioning.
• Set security controls: MFA, SSO, encryption, updates, password hygiene.
• Audit accounts, licenses, and permissions on schedule.
• Write and maintain IT SOPs and playbooks.
• Oversee IT vendors and SaaS tools, track renewals and spend.
• Respond to security questionnaires and audits from partners.
• Manage inventory of laptops, equipment, and AV gear.
