Job summary

Michigan State University (MSU) IT HR Coordinator will provide HR support to a large IT organization on campus. The role participates in coordinating HR functions across the MSU IT/Facilities team and supports recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge equivalent to four-year degree in HR or related field.
• Six months to one year of related HR experience or an equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with visa processing preferred.
• Experience in process development and HR policy implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing and hiring activities.
• Support staff development and training programs.
• Prepare MAU reporting and employee excellence initiatives.
