Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Six months to one year of HR-related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment, interviewing and hiring activities.
• Familiarity with visa processing and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing and hiring activities within MSU IT.
• Support staff development and training programs.
• Assist with MAU reporting and employee excellence initiatives.
• Partner with HR Administrators to deliver HR services to department leadership.
