• Serve as a functional lead for SAP HCM OM/PA processes, data, and workflows.
• Coordinate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead testing, documentation, and stabilization activities for HR technology initiatives.
• Analyze defects and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Provide consultation and mentorship to junior analysts.
