Responsibilities

• Receive and triage application questions and service requests via IT help desk channels.
• Review requests for application name, user details, and urgency before work begins.
• Communicate with end users to gather details and explain next steps clearly.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps for sign-in, navigation, and basic use.
• Record request details and status in the IT help desk system (ServiceNow).
• Reference assigned work in Jira and share issue details with specialists.
• Follow up with end users when more information or testing is needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to application specialists and route broader concerns.
• Monitor progress, provide status updates, and confirm resolution with users.
• Meet quality standards with thorough notes, timely turnaround, and appropriate escalation.
