Job summary

ActioNet seeks a Senior IT Governance Lead/Manager to establish and mature our enterprise IT governance framework. You will align IT operations with business strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement COBIT, ITIL 4, and ISO standards to optimize value and reduce risk.

Responsibilities include designing governance frameworks, aligning roadmaps with goals, overseeing audits and third-party governance, and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of IT governance, IT risk management, IT audit, or enterprise technology strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in COBIT, ITIL 4, ISO/IEC 38500, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and cybersecurity controls.
• Proven ability to translate technical risks into clear business impacts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT governance frameworks across systems, cloud, and data architectures.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT roadmaps with corporate goals and ROI.
• Identify, assess, and report IT risks; oversee compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, DISA.
• Develop, review, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and data governance guidelines; define KPIs and KRIs.
• Direct audits, lead remediation, and monitor third-party SLAs and security.
• Lead IT Steering Committee meetings and present executive reports on performance and compliance.
