Job summary

CohnReznick is hiring a Senior Associate for IT Diligence in its MICO practice. The role supports buy-side and sell-side IT due diligence, interacting with clients and internal teams to deliver structured analyses and reports.

The candidate will assess technology strategy, IT operating models, cloud, cybersecurity, and data capabilities, coordinating across disciplines to drive deal success. Expect strong communication and rigorous project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in technology consulting, IT advisory, or similar client-facing tech roles.
• Strong ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and deliver to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side IT due diligence workstreams from data room review to reporting.
• Assess technology strategy, IT org, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as liaison with clients and internal teams; manage deadlines and data gaps.
• Review junior staff work and provide coaching; support cross-functional deal considerations.
