Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare IT Director for Business & Revenue Cycle Systems to lead our revenue cycle and business applications. This role requires Texas residency with up to 50% travel for meetings, implementations, and site support across Texas Oncology locations.

You will own capability roadmaps, supervise QA/UAT for Salesforce and Genesys, and partner with stakeholders to deliver enhancements while aligning with compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Ten years of IT leadership experience in healthcare tech or revenue cycle operations.
• At least 2 years leading teams for application support, testing, access management, or process improvement.
• Healthcare and revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.
• AthenaIDX and its payment modules experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team supporting Texas Oncology revenue cycle and business applications.
• Own Technical Capability and roadmaps for Revenue Cycle and Business Systems.
• Oversee application support, training, user provisioning, and termination.
• Ensure timely user access management and security controls.
• Oversee QA and UAT for Salesforce and Genesys updates and deployments.
• Lead TXO Connect Continuous Improvement initiatives and process standardization.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to improve processes and priorities.
• Monitor workload, service quality, risks, and cross-training.
