The US Oncology Network seeks a Remote Healthcare IT Director, Business & Revenue Cycle Systems to lead our technology operations, focusing on revenue cycle and business applications for Texas Oncology sites. Must reside in Texas; up to 50% travel for key meetings and site support.

You will oversee application support, QA/UAT for Salesforce and Genesys, and help shape roadmaps with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT leadership in healthcare, with experience in revenue cycle,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or health administration is required.
• Minimum ten years of IT leadership in healthcare or revenue cycle environments.
• Experience leading application support, QA/UAT, and user access management.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue cycle and business systems teams.
• Own technical capability roadmaps and vendor/product evaluations.
• Oversee application support, training, and user provisioning.
• Manage user access changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Oversee QA and UAT for Salesforce and Genesys updates and site implementations.
• Drive TXO Connect continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with IT and operations to improve processes and priorities.
• Monitor workload and service quality across portfolios.
