Texas Oncology, part of The US Oncology Network, is seeking a Remote Healthcare IT Director, Business & Revenue Cycle Systems to lead our technology operations. Must currently reside in Texas.

The role supports revenue cycle and business applications across Texas Oncology sites, with travel up to 50% for key meetings and implementations. You will oversee QA and UAT for Salesforce and Genesys, drive continuous improvement, partner with IT and operational leaders, and ensure adherence to the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive IT and leadership experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle operations, or application support.
• Minimum two (2) years leading teams responsible for application support, testing, access management, or process improvement.
• AthenaIDX and its payment modules experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Genesys is a plus.
