Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years directing a team to produce architectural diagrams, process flows, use cases, and wireframes using UML standards.
• Experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to align IT goals with business needs.
• Developing and enforcing IT processes, workflows, and strategic plans to drive efficiency.
• Forecasting complex resource needs using data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VUMC IT Media and Communications department to create content across multiple media channels.
• Lead the IT Training department to educate Vanderbilt employees on new software and equipment.
• Develop enterprise-wide strategic programs and present recommendations and market research to executives.
• Create executive presentations outlining directions and approaches for high-visibility projects.
