Qualifications

• Directing a team to produce graphical and textual work products to meet stakeholder's needs, including architectural diagrams, process flows, use cases, and wireframes using UML standards.
• Collaborating with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align IT objectives with business needs.
• Developing and enforcing IT processes, workflows, and strategic plans to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive efficiency; and
• Forecasting complex resource needs using data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Guide business improvements through data analysis; forecast complex resource needs; direct team to produce diagrams, process flows, use cases and wireframes per UML standards.
• Provide strategic direction for VUMC IT Media & Communications department and for IT Training to educate Vanderbilt Health staff on new software and devices.
• Develop enterprise-wide strategic programs and present recommendations, market research and execution plans for high-visibility projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals and drive execution.
