Job summary

Shoptalk is hiring an experienced IT Cloud Engineer to modernize enterprise infrastructure during data-center decommissioning and cloud migrations. This role involves managing Windows Server operations and cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Successful candidates will have a depth of knowledge in active directory integrations and automation using PowerShell. The position is fully remote and pays between $60-65 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Windows Server and patch automation experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Administer 200+ Windows servers and monitor their health.
• Manage cloud workloads and optimize for cost and reliability.
• Execute data-center migrations and administer backups.

Skills

Windows Server and patch automation experience

Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Deep knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD integrations

Scripting with PowerShell
