Qualifications

• Experience with software development with emphasis on end-user interaction
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• In-depth knowledge of database design and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of cemetery operations
• Assist with development, integration and maintenance of cemetery management software
• Maintain hardware/software inventory, upgrade hardware/software and licensing
• Provide IT assistance to staff
• Train end-users on hardware and software programs
• Resolve logged errors through in-house help desk
• Work with department manager to coordinate activities
• Liaise with IT leadership, vendors and staff
• Ensure conformity to IT protocols
• Keep track of tech advancements and trends
• Other duties as assigned
