The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, ME seeks an IT Business Systems Analyst II to design, implement and optimize core business, financial and operations systems supporting biomedical research workflows.

You will collaborate with scientific product owners, software engineers and project managers in an Agile environment, delivering scalable cloud-based solutions and end-to-end data integration for Clinical Research Services.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field with 1 year of analysis experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of analysis experience delivering scalable solutions to scientific research operations.
• Experience delivering scalable solutions to complex application and system administration challenges in supporting biomedical research workflows and data integrity.
• Proficiency optimizing SQL Server performance, developing stored procedures, and managing multi-million row datasets using SSMS and PL/SQL to accelerate report generation.
• Experience with ERP decommissioning and cloud-based integrations to enterprise reporting capabilities.
• Ability to lead Agile product ownership by decomposing backlogs, planning sprints, and coordinating delivery in Azure DevOps/Jira.

• Plan, design, and launch business, financial, and operations systems for bio-sciences organization.
• Collaborate with scientific product owners, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end software capabilities.
• Translate scientific and operational requirements into actionable user stories in an Agile environment.
• Lead data collection, reporting, and analysis automation using modern cloud and integration tools.
• Support Clinical Research Services and ensure data integrity across systems.
