Job summary

Connico is seeking an IT & Business Systems Administrator to serve as a key internal resource for employee technology support, business systems, and cybersecurity compliance. This is a hands‑on role with remote or hybrid options for the U.S.–based candidate.

You'll manage onboarding/offboarding, administer SharePoint, and support Monday.com and Deltek Ajera, while building automations, dashboards, and reports that strengthen project workflows and security.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Strong experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and connectivity issues.
• Experience administering SharePoint or equivalent document-management environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technology support and manage onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and MFA.
• Administer SharePoint; support Monday.com and Deltek Ajera with user access and configuration.
• Develop automations, dashboards, and improve project-management workflows.
• Support and maintain SQL-based reports and cybersecurity compliance activities.
