Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to support Apptio TBM Studio, cost transparency, and TBM planning. You will gather business requirements, build process maps, and manage data quality to inform strategic leadership decisions.

You will partner with IT and business units, conduct stakeholder interviews, and translate needs into functional specs for TBM solutions. Remote work is available with occasional travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Typically 3 years of experience in information systems that include business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, cost transparency, planning, and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Perform benchmarking and survey management activities, including data collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission to inform leadership reporting.
• Develop and understand business cases and requirements with IT and business units to solve technology-related problems.
• Create clear business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and support TBM/Apptio enablement across teams.
• Travel may be required; maintain productive relationships with IT, business partners, and external vendors.
