Eliassen Group, a consulting firm, is seeking an IT Audit Manager to support SOX testing for a client engagement. The consultant will plan, execute, and report on ITGC and application control testing, coordinate with stakeholders, and support remediation activities to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Recent experience performing SOX ITGC testing as a senior associate or manager.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COSO, COBIT, and ITIL.
• Experience with ERP environments and key applications relevant to financial reporting.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with audit or GRC tools.
• Ability to manage timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute SOX ITGC and application control testing in accordance with established methodologies.
• Evaluate IT controls over change management, access management, operations, and interfaces.
• Perform walkthroughs, develop test procedures, and document testing results with clear evidence.
• Identify control deficiencies, assess impact, and support management with remediation and retesting.
• Coordinate with process owners, external auditors, and project stakeholders to align timelines and scope.
• Prepare status updates, testing summaries, and issue logs for leadership review.
• Support risk assessments, scoping, and control rationalization activities.
