Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an IT Audit Manager to shape and lead a growing Internal Audit function. You will partner with senior technology leaders to design the IT audit program and drive improvements across ITGCs and ERP controls.

In this remote role (DFW area preferred, with periodic onsite meetings), you will revive analytics capabilities using Tableau, Alteryx, and Smartsheet, and manage a Staff IT Auditor while collaborating with IT, Finance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of IT audit experience.
• Strong technical background; able to discuss IT concepts with senior technology leaders.
• Industry experience preferred; public accounting experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and Smartsheet preferred.
• Excellent communicator who builds relationships and follows up.
• Flexible, patient, and comfortable working without established work papers or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audits and cybersecurity audits with CIO/CISO.
• Document and test ITGCs, including change management, for ERP.
• Develop audit programs and testing steps from scratch.
• Translate IT concepts into business terms for leadership.
• Revive data analytics and continuous monitoring with Tableau/Alteryx/Smartsheet.
• Lead and develop a Staff IT Auditor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations.
