BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring an IT Asset Management Analyst for our Digital Workplace Services Team! In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of the organization's IT assets, ensuring hardware and related technology assets are accurately tracked, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle. You'll support the administration of asset inventory within ServiceNow, assist with procurement activities for laptops, monitors, and equipment, coordinate hardware refresh and upgrade projects, and help maintain controls that support audit readiness and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to partner across IT and business teams while contributing to initiatives that ensure employees have the technology they need to be successful. To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing hardware assets within a structured IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with project-based work, thrives in a process-driven environment, and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and asset records that support critical business operations.
This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office. Candidates located in or near the Chattanooga area are strongly preferred, as this role participates in quarterly physical inventory activities at our corporate headquarters.
