KBR, Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide cybersecurity and RMF support for TRMC. This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site DoD installation engagement and travel as needed.

You will lead RMF packages, coordinate with SISO and PM, and drive security engineering and compliance efforts for multiple systems, interfacing with military and government personnel.

Formación

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Information Technology IA or Cyber Security engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of security assessments with ISSO/ISSM and RMF.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years IT experience; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and related standards.
• Ability to interface with senior leadership and adapt to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver RMF documentation and executive briefings.
• Review cyber tool reports (ACAS/HBSS) for compliance.
• Develop software certification packages.
• Collaborate with TRMC SISO on RMF packages and ATOs.
• Support security engineering projects and solution delivery.
• Lead security audits and compliance for each system.
• Audit RMF artifacts for readiness of ATO submissions.
• Provide remediation guidance to SISO/PM/AO.
• Monitor status updates and report to senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly executive and vulnerability reports.
• Present RMF deliverables to leadership; attend Executive Program Reviews as ISSM.
• Coordinate MOUs/Interconnection Service Agreements with outside agencies.
• Work with distributed team to reduce travel; travel 25%.
