Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Cybersecurity or related field with 8+ years in cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CASP+, or GSLC.

Responsibilities

• System Security Planning: Develop, maintain, and oversee SSPs and accreditation activities.
• Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure DoD/AF regulatory compliance and accredited status.
• RMF leadership: Apply NIST SP 800-53 Rev4/5 controls and Air Force policies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Security Assessments: Coordinate inspections, audits, tests, and findings with leadership.
• Continuous Monitoring: Maintain monitoring processes and review audit logs for gaps.
• Vulnerability & Configuration: Review STIG results and ensure IAVM compliance.
• POA&M Management: Track and remediate findings within RMF framework.
• Federal Reporting: Ensure FISMA compliance and ITIPS data accuracy.
• Technical Guidance: Provide security guidance for current and future IT platforms.
• DevSecOps & Cloud Security: Support security validation in DevSecOps for on-prem and cloud.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cybersecurity leads, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Architecture & Data Governance: Contribute to data strategy and reference architectures.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other cybersecurity duties as required.
