Job summary

DINE SOURCE LLC is seeking an ISSM to support an Air Force program through cybersecurity leadership and RMF compliance. The role will develop system security plans, perform risk decisions, and oversee SSP development and audits for NIPR systems.

You will collaborate with the cybersecurity lead, coordinate inspections, tests, and reviews, and ensure adherence to DoD regulations, FISMA, and ITIPS requirements in both on‑prem and cloud environments. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cyber Security or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with DoD RMF/NIST knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads SSP development, maintenance, accreditation/re-accreditation and oversight.
• Ensure unclassified systems follow DoD/government regulations and stay accredited.
• Coordinate with Air Force RMF/ITIPS and track POAM entries for RMF.
• Perform security validation testing via DevSecOps in on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Review STIGs, monitor with ACAS, and lead inspections/reviews by oversight bodies.
