Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Sr. ISP/OSP Design Engineer to support the design, modernization, and deployment of communication infrastructure across inside and outside plant environments for Army networks. The role requires DoD clearance and strong field leadership.

You will oversee surveys, system diagrams, SDP/ RIP approvals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This position offers challenging missions, travel up to CONUS/OCONUS, and opportunities to advance national security

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Lead Wired Engineer, Communication Engineer, or similar role on large, complex networks.
• Experience supporting DoD modernization projects and field deployments.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD, and related engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISP/OSP survey, design, and implementation for fiber and copper plants.
• Review engineering documentation, approve SDP/Final RIP, ensure Army requirements.
• Lead deployment teams and coordinate pre-implementation, testing, and QA activities.
