Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Information Security Officer (ISO) to align information security with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational standards across assigned accounts.

You will help ensure customer environments meet contractual and regulatory security requirements, including HIPAA and NIST 800-53, while collaborating with internal leaders, delivery teams, clients, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, audit, security, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment with diverse, virtual, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance activities and support delivery excellence across accounts and products.
• Maintain account security plans, coordinate security metrics, reporting, audit prep, and remediation.
• Manage and report security incidents, risks, exceptions, threats, and vulnerabilities in line with SLAs.
