Job summary

Team Carney is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the Department of Homeland Security in creating interactive, engaging training for federal agents. You will lead the instructional design lifecycle, develop computer-based training modules, and ensure compliance with educational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
• Mastery of rapid-authoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional design lifecycle using ADDIE and SAM models.
• Build engaging CBT/WBT courses utilizing authoring tools.
• Ensure all e-learning courses are compliant with SCORM and xAPI standards.
• Translate complex tactical concepts into clear educational designs.
