Job summary

StateServ is seeking a remote Pharmacy Technician to handle prescription data entry from a home office in Pennsylvania with an overnight schedule. The role requires accurate entry, documentation, and interaction with hospices, pharmacies, and IPU standards.

You will use Docuware, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Zetafax, Infinity to manage orders and communications. The ideal candidate has a High school diploma, CPhT preferred, and PA/TN registrations as applicable, plus 1 year of data-entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred licensure.
• CPhT preferred; PA/TN pharmacy registrations required by deadline.
• 1 year pharma data entry experience; familiarity with drug names and formularies.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform prescription data entry per policy and IPU standards.
• Review and process faxed medication orders and document interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of drug names, formulary guidelines, and profiling standards.
• Support ADS troubleshooting and after-hours protocols as needed.
• Maintain detailed call logs and assist with claims adjudication for emergent meds.
