Job summary

ASK Consulting is seeking Pharmacy Technician 2 for a data-entry heavy role in a growing home infusion services segment. The role requires registration in TX/AZ/PA or trainee status, and about 3 months of pharmacy tech experience. Initially onsite for 4-6 weeks, with a move to remote work based on performance.

Responsibilities focus on prescription data entry while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regs and patient confidentiality, with strict accuracy and speed in processing orders.

Qualifications

• Must be registered Pharmacy Technicians or Trainee in TX, AZ, & PA (registered in the state they're working in)
• Approximately 3 months of pharmacy technician experience
• Temporary assignments only and not a pathway to permanent employment
• New contingent workers would remain onsite for approximately 4-6 weeks before transitioning to remote work, contingent upon performance
• Onsite interviews required

Responsibilities

• Collects and inputs prescription information, ensuring adherence to pharmacy protocols and legal requirements
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and guidelines, including patient confidentiality, controlled substance regulations, and prescription labeling requirements
• Prioritizes tasks, manages customer queues, and communicates effectively with other pharmacy personnel to ensure efficient and timely service
