Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications for medical device technologies, including surgical devices for spine, knee, ankle, robotics-assisted devices, and cardiovascular tools.
• Perform freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses and due diligence.
• Manage patent procurement services and portfolio strategy for the firm.
