UMB Investor Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to handle daily department tasks, onboarding new Commercial client accounts, training, and user setup. You will monitor funds management, oversee FDIC Sweep balancing, and assist with NSCC processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Three years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and training abilities are favored.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Commercial client accounts and provide training and user setup.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement mitigation steps.
• Recommend and formalize process improvements while assessing risk and impact to the business.
