UMB Investor Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to handle daily department tasks, onboarding new Commercial client accounts, training, and user setup. You will monitor funds management, oversee FDIC Sweep balancing, and assist with NSCC processes.

Qualifications

The Investor Solutions team provides custom banking solutions, as well as, a FDIC Sweep engine to global financial firms as well as a BaaS offering. The Investor Solutions Operations Support Specialist is responsible for all day to day operations associated with the department, including new account and user set up, product feature and functionality expertise for client training, funds management oversight for NSCC and overdraft monitoring, and ancillary FDIC Sweep administration and balancing.

How you’ll spend your time:

• You will utilize your technical acumen to onboard new Commercial client accounts while providing training and user setup
• You will utilize your problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, including ensuring mitigation steps are taken
• You will utilize your critical thinking skills to provide recommendations for process improvements and formalize new process as required, while understanding risk & impact to the business

Compensation Range:
