Aligned Ventures is seeking an Investor Relations Associate focused on multifamily investments. This remote role requires sourcing accredited investors, guiding them from first call to close, and maintaining ongoing relationships with transparent communication.

You will design outreach, build pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to refine our investor communication strategy. A track record of raising capital and managing investor relations is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of capital raising sales experience.
• Proven capital raising experience (must have raised at least $5-10 million) and a history of managing investor relations and shareholder communications.
• Confident communicator who loves connecting with people.
• Experience in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements.
• Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics.

Responsabilidades

• Source investors through marketing channels you design, launch and initiate.
• Conduct investor intro and follow-up calls.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outreach, referrals and networking.
• Maintain long-term investor relationships with consistent communication and transparency.
• Track touch-points, metrics and follow-ups in CRM.
• Represent the firm at investor events, conferences and webinars.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine investor communication strategy.
