Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Accounting Analyst Team Lead to manage complex reconciliation projects, review investor reports, and serve as a subject matter expert for Investor Accounting. This role partners with Investor Reporting to balance accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience including investor accounting and reporting.
• Minimum 1 year in a senior staff role overseeing others.

Mansioni

• Reconciles advanced investor principal, interest, and tax accounts to meet Regulation AB deadlines.
• Investigates reconciliation items and resolves issues within required timeframes.
• Tests pool-to-security differences and communicates issues to management.
• Responds to client questions and provides backup support as needed.
• Trains and mentors staff for compliance and growth.
• Supports special projects and prepares reports affecting custodial accounts.
