Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Accounting Analyst Team Lead to perform complex reconciliations and review investor reports, servicing-related schedules, and compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior staff, partnering with Investor Reporting to ensure balanced accounts.

The role focuses on accurate reporting, meeting Regulation AB deadlines, and supporting loan servicing analytics. This is a remote opportunity within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related investor accounting and reporting experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a senior staff role overseeing others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles advanced investor accounts to meet 30-day Regulation AB deadlines.
• Resolves reconciling items within 90 days as required by Regulation AB.
• Researches pool to security and tests expected P&I differences; informs management of issues.
• Responds to client questions; provides backup support to Supervisor or higher levels.
