Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Accounting Analyst Team Lead to manage complex reconciliation projects and oversee investor accounting reporting from a remote location in the United States. The role partners with Investor Reporting to ensure accounts are balanced and compliant.

Target pay is $95,000–$110,000 annually. Responsibilities include reconciling advanced investor accounts, resolving items within 90 days, testing pool-to-security differences, and providing backup

Qualifications

• Requires three to five years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• Minimum one year in a senior staff role supervising others.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile advanced investor accounts (principal, interest, taxes, insurance) to meet 30-day Regulation AB timelines.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items within 90 days as required by Regulation AB.
• Research pool-to-security differences and report findings to management.
• Answer client questions and support supervisor as needed.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure compliance and growth.
• Support special projects and compile reports affecting custodial accounts.
