Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Corporate Access Planner to originate, plan, market, and execute corporate access events across NDRs, conferences, and analyst trips, connecting IR teams, analysts, investors, and sales partners with precise logistics and clear communication.

You will own day-to-day analyst coverage, manage invitations and itineraries, maintain event data in iPlanner and related systems, and ensure compliant, cost-effective execution while delivering a strong client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving marketing efforts to fuel new business opportunities and/or strengthening existing partnerships.
• Client service mindset – able to anticipate the needs of both internal and external constituents.
• Deep understanding of how to create/curate investor prep sheets and marketing invitations, with oftentimes imperfect data.
• Analytical mindset paired with a sales disposition; driven, detail oriented and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute NDRs, conferences, bus tours, field trips, analyst marketing trips, virtual meetings, and one-on-one schedules from idea to follow-up.
• Own day-to-day planning for assigned analysts, covered companies, and sectors; develop access opportunities around earnings, conferences, initiations, thematic work, investor demand, and franchise priorities.
• Serve as a trusted execution contact for IR officers, management teams, investors, analysts, sales, and internal leaders; communicate confirmations, agendas, itineraries, changes, and feedback clearly and professionally.
• Create and distribute invitations, announcements, itineraries, agendas, and related materials; partner with sales to identify priority investors, track interest, fill schedules, and drive participation from targeted accounts.
• Maintain accurate event data in iPlanner and other systems; support resource-consumption reporting, broker vote preparation, account reviews, client strategy, and resource-allocation decisions.
