• Own day-to-day planning for analysts, coverage, and sectors; develop access opportunities around earnings and investor demand.
• Communicate confirmations, agendas, itineraries, changes, and feedback clearly to IR and stakeholders.
• Create and distribute invitations and materials; partner with sales to drive participation from priority accounts.
• Maintain accurate event data in iPlanner and other systems; support reporting and broker votes.
