Job summary

Empower is seeking a Premier Service Associate to support clients with investment needs from a U.S. location. You will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and initiate proactive follow-up to ensure a high-quality client experience.

You will engage in Investment Recommendation Conversations, handle brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements, and identify opportunities to refer clients to the Retirement Advisor Team for additional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years financial customer service experience.
• Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations is necessary.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls.
• Engage customers in an Investment Recommendation Conversation.
• Deliver an efficient and responsive client experience with proactive follow-up.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements.
• Uncover leads and opportunities to hand off to Retirement Advisor Team.
