Empower LLC in the United States is seeking a Premier Brokerage Associate to deliver exceptional service to retail customers via inbound calls. You will assist clients with trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income, handling account openings, asset movement, and trade facilitation in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires active FINRA Series 7 and 63, 2+ years in customer service in financial services, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or high-volume inbound call center environment.
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required; FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service and support to Empower’s retail customers via inbound calls.
• Assist clients with trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income securities.
• Manage a wide array of service requests including account opening, asset movement, facilitating trades, and maintenance needs on Empower’s retail products.
• Deliver efficient, responsive client experiences by taking ownership and proactive follow-up.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements including Corporate Actions, Exchange Rules, Suitability, and Tax Implications.
