Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Data Analyst for the Performance Data Solutions Team. The role is fully remote, sitting in EST or CST time zones, with responsibilities spanning data gathering, normalization, and integration into FactSet.

You will work with IT on loaders, develop data reconciliation, and document processes for historical performance data. Key requirements include reconciling large datasets, ensuring data quality, and applying modern data tools and AI techniques to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather and normalize large amounts of performance history data from legacy systems.
• Partner with IT on building and testing data loader for FactSet delivery.
• Develop reconciliation processes for source to target data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Document all processes and business decisions for historical performance data.
• Partner with business to document data requirements for the new strategic performance toolkit centered around FactSet.
• Organize requirements with input from Data Architecture, Ref Data, and Market Data teams.
• Deliver new data attributes in partnership with the Ref Data team and Data Owners.
• Capture data interface purposes and map source to target between systems.
